Our core color for the Harold Washington College primary palette is PMS 716C, plus two additional tones to add depth and texture when used in combination with PMS 716C: PMS 714C and PMS 718C. A secondary palette is shared with that of the City Colleges of Chicago system palette and includes PMS Black C, PMS 381C, and PMS 9080C.  
 
While it’s preferred to use all colors at their full strength and intensity, they can also be used as tints for variety in charts, maps, etc., as necessary to provide ample hierarchy. This shared color palette should be present across most applications so that all system and college marketing communications are unified and recognizable as being related to and a part of City Colleges of Chicago.
